At PNG2DXF, we want you to be fully satisfied with your subscription and generated DXF outputs. We offer a simple, customer-friendly 30-day full refund policy so you can purchase with confidence.


1. 30-Day Full Refund Guarantee

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.

To request a refund:

  • Send an email to support@png2dxf.com
  • Include your account email and transaction ID (if available)

Once your refund is processed, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for:

  • All new subscriptions within 30 days of the initial payment
  • Renewals charged within the past 30 days (if the Service was not significantly used)

Refunds are not available for:

  • Payments made more than 30 days ago
  • Partial subscription periods after cancellation
  • One-time services or add-ons that have been fully delivered and downloaded (if applicable)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Use violations (e.g., illegal use, copyright infringement, fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service)

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (if available) or by contacting support.

Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle (unless your account is terminated for misuse)
  • You may keep and use any DXF files (“Outputs”) you already received or downloaded
  • Your ability to generate new Outputs and access subscriber-only features will end at the conclusion of your billing cycle (or immediately if required for abuse prevention)

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received:

  1. We verify your transaction through our payment processor (Stripe).
  2. Eligible refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

All payments are securely handled through Stripe, and PNG2DXF does not store or process your payment data directly.
